Any former Debt Matters peeps had their annual review stuff from GT? I sent mine back weeks ago but not heard anything back from them. Presume they have a large volume of work to get through, just wondered if anyone had anything back from them and how long it took?

Sorry Monkey... No I'm not a former debt matters client & I haven't submitted my review.

I haven't heard anything back from them either.

I'm out of my mind but please leave a message!

Finally had my review back from GT today, pleased to say my payment is not changing, it is good to see GT are far more realistic about what things actually cost unlike those muppets at Debt Matters, really glad they switched me over! 2 years down 3 to go!
