Hey Olydak,
Glad you have definate date. I would be satisfied if they said my CC was on it's way later this month. Even though it's over the 6 months period GT closures department take to close & issue the CC. I just want what what's rightfully mine. I've kept all my promises & adhered to all requests. So now it's over to GT to do the same

I was with GT and was one of the 'lucky' end April closures. All my docs were dated 26th April and I received them on Friday 27th April in the post.
IVA finished Oct 2011, CC received 27 April 2012, No longer on Insolvency Register 01 May 2012. Jan 2013 - all Credit Files squeaky clean

Hi ladybird321. does GT have a date and cut off pionts for the closure of an IVA ... like a certain date in a month or is it just random and when the monies have been paid.
