Hi, as posted earlier, I made my final payment today of my 66 month via and Grant Thornton say it will be 10 months before I get my certificate. I am very unhappy about this. How do I contact Karol the GT advisor on here please. Thanks.

Send an email to Karol via normal email - she should pick up on it.

ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line.

There is a problem at the moment with VAT claims and closure of IVA so you may find that it takes a while for your letter to come through.

Hi, will I have to do a review during that time. They said no money was due and it's all paid.

No - once you have made your final payment you have fulfilled your obligation. It's down to administration now and nothing to do with your debt issues.

No - once you have made your last payment then that's it.

If you have a windfall though then you may be liable to pay that across - something to sort out with your IP.
