So long as they can cope with the numbers Geoffr, they can get as busy as they like.
And just for the record, it is completely unacceptable for DMP fees to be higher than those charged in IVAs. The DRF and other bodies will be addressing this shortly with all main creditor bodies - particularly following our inability to claim back input VAT on our overheads.
I agree Heretoday ... Let's hope (though I doubt it) that GT have learnt from past experience and either resource to cope, or, better still, retain the Manchester Tenon staff to continue with ex RSM caseloads.

They appear to be struggling coping with their existing book with closing down existing IVAs, given the number of posts on here about completion certs and how long it takes to get them.
How can they cope with taking on more work?

Here's a thought if this take over does go ahead what happens if gt hold a debt within your IVA? one of our debts was sold to gt and they voted against an IVA, does this not put them in rather a difficult position or does it not matter that they will be both a creditor and supervisor of IVA?
