There was a post on here recently which i can't find, relating to the steps you have to go through to complain about GT. It was a post with names of people and the departments they work in. Please does anyone have the link?

Hi Does anyone have the name of the manager we need to complain to in the first instance? Can't find anything on GT website and have had absolutely no reply from GT in response to my emails and the tc advice has been placatory as far as I can tell as I just get told that someone from the closures dept will respond soon.....sent 1st of a few emails on 20 Feb!

The best we have is in the link in my post above, foreverbroke. Despite assurances that the formal complaints procedure should be on their website, as per regulators requirements, there is no sign of it.
