Hi sweetfire and welcome

From other posts here (look for full and final) they expect what was agreed, so i'm surmising that you will have to offer 11k to finalise the iva.

I'm not an expert and could be wrong and sure one of the experts will be along soon

You may be able to negotiate some cost savings with your IP, as if the IVA is finalised earlier they will not need to charge supervisory fees for the final two years, but some of this may be countered by an exceptional variation fee which some IPs charge. Can I ask where you are getting the money from to offer the settlement?
