Hi
Your payment to your IP will make no difference to your IVA acceptance,if you do not have the money you can't make the payment, full stop.
Tuesday needs to be your day for sorting out a new account
Good luck with your creditors meeting
Regards

Hi worry head

Have you managed to open a new account?

Best of luck for your creditors meeting today, let us know when you hear anything[:)]

It is just unfortunate that all this happened over a long bank holiday weekend and you have been left stressing as could sort nothing out...

Good luck[:)]

Hi all, well after travelling to 2 different halifax branches cause the first one called head office and they said you can not have your money unless you ip writes to say its ok, even though my account was closed, we went into the branch in town n luckily they did not check and paid me out [;)] i just hope the woman that served was me does not get into trouble but she did ask her manager what the warning on screen ment and he just said its probably cause the account is closing, so hopefully she is covered, i feel guilty but did not want to tell her what was happening. creditors meeting was at 1:30pm, they still have not called [:(] i was told they are going through paperwork and they will call soon, hope this is not gonna be more bad news, does it usually take this long.cant get rid of my headache and the sick feelings, just want it all to be over now

Great news, at least you got your money. don't worry about the teller, her manager authorised it so she'll be ok.
Fingers crossed they'll call you soon and it'll be good news about your IVA aswell,
xx
It's nice to be back......

Had the call.....got ACCEPTED [:D] £210 a month as proposed, only a few mods, one was for ip to reduce fees, and the other is they need a letter from my finance dept to say i am only paying minimum to my pension, got to have quarterly reviews apparently though.

Welcome finance who had 60% of my debt did not vote. neither did Barcleycard or simply be.

Who voted YES:

Littlewoods cat
Littlewoods Direct cat
Littlewoods Credit Card
Lloyds TSB x 2 loans
Empire
Vanquis
Aqua Credit Card
Marshall Ward cat

so joy [:D] strange that i have quarterley reviews though, i thought they would be annual ones.
Thanks for the messages guys and all your help

I know, i am so releived now [:D] easter has just been hell with stress and worry so its nice to actually sit down now and breath, i actually thought i was gonna just cry and never stop, now everything is looking up. i never want to be in debt again except for in the future i need to get a mortgage, i have so learnt my lesson already, made first payment today to, so only 59 to go, feels like ages but hopefully it will pass quickly, just hope all goes smoothly from now on, think i might even treat myself to chip shop tonight to celebrate [:D]
