thanks everybody.. had a lovely day..

sister came over on the morning with the little ones and we had muffins with candles in and presents!! I then went to my friends and had more cake [:D]. then went for an Italian meal (was happy hour came to £43 for me, daughter, sister and friend and that included a bottle of wine BARGAIN) and then on to theatre to see Hello Dolly with Anita Dobson and Darren Day (think Darren Day had been eating all of my cakes), daughter asked who he was, explained he used to be a loverat!! She went How???

Then huibby picked us up a little bit worse for wear!! Bless him...

Got to do it all again tonight going for a family meal.. I will need a diet by the end of this week..

thanks Julie.. have you got anything nice planned for yours..

mines a week long event.. going out with friend tomorrow, 2 for price of 1.. and she said she'd pay as my present.. and then having a girlie day on thursday with my sister as I got New Look vouchers off mam and sis.. so going to spend them and she's taking me for lunch as told her not to spend her money on facial etc.. as too expensive!!

I never realised how lucky I am and how special people are around me.. Been feeling very low recently and this week has just reminded me How loved I really am!!! [:)]

Ah Ang, you enjoy being spoilt, I hope I will be too.

I'm being picked up from work on Thursday but don't know anymore. I suspect I'm being taken away for a few days, courtesy of my fantastic sisters. I think they have paid for Alun to take me somewhere - well I hope so or I'll be disappointed [:D]

I'm still laughing at Darren Day eating all the cakes [:D]

He was really podgy.. fat face and everything.. not the lean figure of a loverat I remember (suzanne shaw and maxine off Corrie well rid!!)

I'm off to Magaluf on the 19th Sept with the girls as its a few 40ths around this time.. all paid pre IVA!! Got £150 put to one side what have scrimped and saved for (hubby working overtime).. but feeling guilty for spending it.. Its only a weekend and hopefully will bring money back.. but can't shift this guilt from pit of my stomach!!

Ang, don't feel guilty, you've saved that money and crikey, you really need to be somewhere with a bit of sun[8D]......this weather is ridiculous! Are we going to go the whole of the summer without a decent day? Well, it's miserable here anyway. Really windy too so I can't put my umbrella up.[:(] Glad you had a nice birthday, you make it last for as long as possible![:D] Sounds like you've got lovely friends and family. X

I know what you mean about feeling guilty Ang - my in laws have paid for us to go to Salou Sept 8th for a week. Grateful as I am, I hate the fact someone else is paying for us and keep thinking what I could with the money. On the other hand, we really need a break.

You enjoy yourself - I would say behave but nah there's no fun in that [:D]
