I have only just got some time to myself today after doing every job my mum wanted me to do. Have done;
Hoovering
Tidying loft and garage
taking an old tumble dryer to the tip
taking the dog for his 2 walks
washing her car and hoovering and polishing inside
cleaning bathroom from top to bottom

I am absolutely knac**ed and will sleep well tonight, she does lots for me throught the year so a small gesture really.
I also gave her lots of little presents I have been buying lately and planted some colourful flowers in her pots in garden.

Skippy - I hope your mum had a good day and was able to put what is happening to the back of her mind[:)]

Debbie - I hope Sarah continues to improve and she will have loads more mothers days to enjoy in the future[:)]

Thanks Emma, I just wish this could be dealt with quickly, although I know they have to follow procedures. She was really pleased with the flowers and I think they chocolate was a good choice as well!

Happy birthday for yesterday Mrs Skint! I'm jealous, I haven't had flowers for my birthday for years, and even then they were from my mum not Dave!
