Hello, Despite paying into an IVA since july 2007, and not missed a payement. My daughter still continued to be harrassed by creditors or their agents, letters & phone calls all the time. last letter yesterday from a solicitors threathening court action next week. What can we do ?

Hi Melanie
I think Chris was saying his daughter was being harassed by HER creditors, not his ... sorry didn't mean to stick me neb in.

As to what she should do Chris is she should pass on all the details to her IP and let them sort it out. Your daughter is protected in law and need not put up with this. but she must tell her IP, they can't help if they don't know.

When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile
