Hi.
I had an F&F agreed and the cheque cleared mid March.
We still haven't received our certificate.
Does it normally take this long?
We have emailed and unlike before they are not replying!!!
Should I be concerned. I have read some bad reviews about this firm!!

Hi
My F & F was Oct and I received completion cert early March, so think they take as long as they take. Sorry if its not the news you wanted to hear, but at last you are debt free now, and its a wonderful feeling isn't it
I think it depends upon your company. If you are concerned then email your IP to chase the letter up.

Hi, we're with Mel's team. our F&F IVA was in Feb 2011, we haven't got ours yet but her team told us yesterday we should have it in the nxt 2-3 wks. i think ours has been a little delayed as there was some confusion that my hubby is self employed(he isn't) but it's in hand now.
give them a ring,we did & found them helpful.
Nothing stays the same...everything changes..hang on in there!
I like to close my cases as soon as my clients pay their money over. Because that is exactly when I get paid too! Can't see the point in delaying to be honest unless there is good reason - and I will look into the issue with your case Rosepetal as you have now been on my closure list for a couple of weeks with me being told that claims are outstanding.
Is it good enough to be told it is held up in accounts?
With regard to speaking to the IP, I have emailed them and no reply...
I spoke with someone who said it "should" be done within 2 weeks!?
Once the money is cleared we should really get our name off that bloomin register!

Insist on speaking to your IP - he is the one who holds the decision in his hands - and it would take around 20 minutes of his time to see your case closed.
