Oh wow thanks Harry

You would like my sister Syra (though not in that way you understand, like me you probably had your bits done) She loves water too, she dashes into the toilet when anyone has a wee or a poo, jumps on the thing they go in and stares into it. I wonder why they do that? I mean go and sit on something like that. The mind boggles at them sometimes, does yours? Just this morning I was sat there, looking very cute as usual, remember that I am a bit nice. My Mommy went into water, I mean right in, got soaked she did too, I was sitting on the nice warm towels she put there ready. They did that to me once, I got stuck in some very long grassy type stuff and fell in some horrible hound poo. They havent a clue these horrible hounds, leave their poo everywhere, dont bury it like we do. Anyway I was mad as hell and I gave mommy something else to think about. Like doing something about. I gave her an ouchy, I know you do that to your Mommy sometimes too. They need it sometimes right? A good old ouchy just to put them in their place. I heard my Mommy say she keeps a roof over everyones head, the cheek of it. Dont they know we own them? I stick my snout right into my mommys eye just to give her that message loud and clear. OOh I just thought, I had better split, that nasty human brother will be home soon, one of these days I am going to get him, and he'll know he has been got. Ruby got him once, right on the ear lobe, snigger, snigger.

Better be extra cute as Mommy is going shopping now and I want some nice nummy nummies.

Mi Mi ow for now then Harry cat, errr do you have a middle name? Is it just Harry or is your real name Harrison?

Hi Cole and everyone else, Harry Puss here. Sorry I didn't reply yesterday - mummy has broken the letter E on her laptop so I had to wait for daddy's PC. Don't they realise it's hard enough to type with paws without them breaking things?

Syra sounds nice - mummy says that we don't live near you which is a shame...

Too right my mind boggles at my humans! Some of the things they do make me wonder about their sanity and they have the cheek to call me the nutter on the bus! At the moment mummy's listening to some rubbish she calls '80s music', and the worst part is she keeps joining in - she calls it singing, I don't! Daddy just said it sounds like a cat's chorus - the cheek of it, a cat's chorus is music to my ears!

How horrible for your mummy to make you get wet. If my mummy tries that with me she'll get the biggest ouchy ever! I'm a little bit feral and I remind her about that every now and then!

Now I'm not a cuddle cat, but mummy doesn't seem to understand that - she keeps picking me up and an ouchy doesn't seem to make her realise I don't actually want 'morning cuddles'! I did give her a good ouchy a few weeks ago - she wouldn't leave me alone and I smacked with my paw but I 'forgot' to keep my claws in! I hit her eye and made the eyelid bleed - it made her squeal and I almost felt bad about it. Almost but not quite...

My mummy and daddy seem to think they chose me - don't they realise I chose them? If I hadn't liked them I wouldn't have gone with them, and if I didn't like my new house I would have left. I'm a cat, I do my own thing unlike those hounds!

They did go and buy me a nice present last night - an electric fire all of my own! They keep mentioning the fact they have no heating which isn't good, but at least they bought me the fire - it's nice that they think of me!

I don't have a middle name - how about you? Harry isn't short for anything either, although the humans think it's funny to call me Harold in a stupid voice - she said it was Steptoe and Son or something. I never really know what they're talking about...

Anyway Cole my new feline friend, good luck with all those humans!

Miaow for now!

Hi, fellow felines

My name's Snowy and I thought you might like to hear about an adventure I had recently. The council wrote to my mummy and daddy investigating a complaint about me from a neighbour. They said I was allowed out of the house without a lead and I urinated in their garden causing a health hazard. It didn't say who it was but I know - the woman threw a bucket of water over me once!! I wrote back and reminded the council that I was a domestic ***** cat and not a Bengal tiger and as such was not accustomed to being taken out on a lead. My mummy promised to pay compenstation if the woman could provide medical evidence of any major medical tragedy to befall her appalling grand-children! I wouldn't mind but I am 108 years old in human terms and rarely go out these days. I admit in my day I chased a few birds (but never caught any) and wiggled my but at any good-looking Tom who passed by, but that is all in the past. I never mugged old ladies, trashed cars, abused adults etc etc. I not too well these days and may not have much longger for this life, but I don't mind. I've had a good inningd and I look forward to a feline heavan where I can be free of these troublesome humans. Off to bed now - sweet dreams!!

Hi Snowy, Harry Puss here.

That's a horrible way to treat a cat - don't these people realise we're free spirits? Taking us out on a lead - we're not dogs!

I got my mummy and daddy in trouble with the neighbours when I stole their pond weed - they put a rude sign up by the pond, but luckily they saw the funny side when mummy and daddy explained. See, they can't resist my feline charms!

I'm sorry to hear you're not too well Snowy, I hope you have a good night's sleep, and don't take any notice of those silly humans.

Miaow for now!

Hi Snowy

Sorry you live near a horrible human who thinks you are a danger to her monsters. I live three gardens away from a scarecrow old woman that hates me too. She told my mommy she would poison me if I go in her garden but my human step sister put her well and trully in her place. She works for the RSPCA and told her that she would be prosecuted under the law if she hurt me. My mommy adores me so wouldnt want anything to hapoen to me, I dont really do any harm, I am a very good boy. This scare crow made my human sister cry too and my mommy told her to grow up (even though she is 99 or something like that).

Us kitty cats need to unite and show that we cats are fun, loving and love the humans we own very much. These cat haters should hang their heads in shame, we have a right to be here on earth as much as bossy, humans.

I too hope you have a good sleep and feel well and happy for as long as possible.

Hi Cole here

I am a very clever Cat, I went into my mommy's handbag and I even stayed there when she picked it up. My nice human brother took a picture, I think I'm the new bag puss.

Here I am, I told you I was a bit nice. My mommy has had what she called a stress today, she did shop on friday and got some meat for human dinner, lamb at £8. As she put it in that hot cupboard in the kitchen it stank to high heaven so she had to take it back and have spag bol for dinner.

How cute you look! I'll bet you were gutted that there weren't any tasty lamb morsels for you to eat. Never mind, better luck next time!

Hi Cole, or should that be Bagpuss, Harry Puss here! That's a very cute picture of you - I couldn't get in my mummy's handbag as she's got too much rubbish in it!

I'm having a break from sleeping to write this - I'm worried. Mummy was in my dining room (she calls it the kitchen) this afternoon - that's very unusual, but it get's worse. She was making bread! I'm now worried that times must be very hard as mummy never cooks anything! Supposing they can't afford my Whiskas any more? Even worse, supposing she tries to cook me something? If she does I'm leaving home!

A very subdued miaow for now...
