I would like to know if anyone has an email address for Expert Insolvency Claims (EIC) ?
I ask because 3 years into my IVA they have been put onto claiming any PPI I may be entitled to . One of the banks , RBS , has sent me a reply saying no to my claim but I feel it is legit and need to contact them to ask if they only make the initial claim and after that it is up to me to argue for it .
This claim I feel has been knocked back as it will be for a good sum which could clear my IVA and then some !
It has also confused my why they argue that they owe money which is coming straight back to them ! Maybe because its less the percentage that EIC will take . In which case offer me the full amount off my debt !

Thanks , not sure if its with GT as my IVA was arranged through Bridgestones . The ppi paperwork all comes in white envelope covered in pink spots if that narrows it down at all .

Very helpful Marksam potentially to others too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
