My IVA is beginning to feel like I'm hanging on the edge by the finger nails! Sat at my PC waiting for this months wages to go in, £5 in the bank, cooker and washing machine on their last legs. Every month that passes another warning sensor goes on the car, 1 MOT to go, 1 year to go...will I make it! But at least I can sleep at night, and it's MY £5 in the bank.

Hahha we have £25 in the bank and a life insurance(£11) and an RAC cover (£7) still to come out!! Having said that we have got the child allowance due to be paid into the bank at midnight tonight and payday is soon.

Tonights dinner was a scraping of the bottom of the freezer, its not empty but mixed peppers and roast potatoes does not make a dinner!!(thats not what we had but its about all thats left, plus half a walls vienetta).

An IVA is not a way of life, its an adventure!

Paul
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

It often does in this house ( even when the freezer is full ). Throw in some cajun spice, it's lovely! I hope the half a vienetta wasn't thrown in tha same pan !!!!

This month has been hard for us. I tried to save some as going away next month for a few days but had to dip into it today to get some food. Lots of bills came in so at least I have another 2 months with not too many outgoings. But on the bright side, no overdraft nothing on credit and payday friday.[:)]

Hi Kazza
We always tried to keep a tiny bit back but always had to use it for something or other but the worry of not being able to pay the bills had gone and was the main thing for us. I still remember being too scared to open the curtains prior to our IVA being approved and if there was a knock at the door even the dogs would all go silent and look at each other as if to say Oh No! I think they could read my tension and stress at the time.
Best wishes
Oscar
