Has anyone ever applied or know anyone who has applied for a Virgin Money mortgage after completion of IVA. Looking at lending criteria they look a good option. Any views?

Are Virgin money not just Northern Rock after a buy out?
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
