I only have 4 months left tp pay off my IVA, it has been a long tough 5 years but i can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel that i was offered Iva wrongly and misinformed of my other options however i have never missed a payment. I am now starting to worry that i will have a nasty supprise at the end like another payment to be made. Has this happened to anyone else?

why do you think you were misimformed and why do you think that now at this late stage?
the only thing that will continue after your iva is up is your credit rating will take a further year to clear 100%
its 6 years from your original meeting date that the iva was agreed.
you aint got long to go now so dont worry you nearly there
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

Absolutely. Maybe it's just natural towards the final payments to feel it's not going to be finalised. I'm sure by now you would have been advised if there was something amiss.

I imagine the end of an iva to feel very much like the start...a mixture to nerves, anxieties, excitement and what ifs. Speak to your IP for a final payment date and to check that everything is in order. Unless you have agreed additional months there should be nothing in your way.
