Hence no payments were made? And it was your IVA provider that said you should make these two payments to Red2Black?

i havnt paid them a penny yet and they told me i would have to make these payments. the meeting is supposed to be tomorrow i will want some answers from them if they say it is adjourned again as i am getting a bit fed up now it is very stressful as creditors are phoning me 10 times a day.

If your IVA is rejected, then you can do a debt management plan, or you can go bankrupt.

If you do a DMP then you can re-propose an IVA at a later stage.

Hopefully it won't come to that.

Or find out why rejected and use another firm to propose another one who does not ask for these upfront payments and other payments to other parties!

well its the meeeting today at 10 30 6th of may unless it is adjourned again so i will let you know the outcome later hope its a good one.

Hi Jewl, I imagine the meeting would be completed by now, although it may be that there are amendments (that don't necessary affect you) being put in place.
I have heard it reported on here that some people have only been notified about 3 hours after the scheduled meeting. So, I'm sure there is nothing to worry about.
If still nothing by 1.30pm I'm sure you IP would not mind if you gave them a call.

just had a call from my contact torbin wills who by the way has been excellent in communication from beggining to end and my iva has been accepted,i am so relieved so creditfix have done what they said they would and it has taken 6 weeks from beggining to end.
