its got to be easier than worrying where you can find the next payment from to pay your creditors.

it sure is. however i have had 5 phone calls since i found out it ws accepted by creditors who are saying they know nothing about iva . are they making this up or what?

its probably call centre staff that know very little other than what the computer tells them to say. Just advise them that thier calls are a nuisance.

Let's just say that the creditor call centre staff are the lowest of the low.

They have a script, and will stick to it. It is doubtful that they know what an IVA is - they really should be trained in this!

The second word would be 'off' if they kept on phoning me!

A creditor blocked our phone for over an hour this afternoon - phoned Sky on the mobile - they won't do it again - its a Sky line and they were quite mad.

You are getting closer!

There are two words I can think of - both four letters long - one begins with P, the other with F!

I don't normally use very strong language (unless I am driving![:D]) but if it's creditors, I wouldn't hold back![:D]
