A question to Andy really, I just wondered if there are more people asking for help??

I don't know if you can do any figs?

I just wondered with the financial climate and the increase in repossessions?

For those out there sinking please ask for help and if you can, get an IVA. It has been very hard for us but not impossble.

Yes we have little money each month but soon very soon 4 years 4 months we will be loaded and we owe no one any money Yeah!!!!!!

There are certainly more people looking for solutions to their financial difficulties, and Andy will be able to provide you with statistics.

I also think that people are beginning to look at their worsening finances at a much earlier stage, rather than carrying on borrowing which they know they cannot afford to repay. Perhaps the recent media attention to debt and insolvency solutions has assisted with this?

Well done to you about being so positive about repaying your creditors!

Thanks mel we were doom and gloom when we started but we are a lot better now. However ask me again when we had our review??

I just thought it was a lot more busier on this site, which as you said is good as people are more than willing to ask for help than stick their heads in the sand. I wish I had found this site years ago.

I think that it is the success of the site which is adding to the heavy traffic - it has certainly grown tremendously over the last year due to the good work put in by the wonderful Andy Davie.

Cheers Andydavie, I thought so. In the 8 months or so I found this site I thought it was more busier. I think this is a sign of the times to come this year?

I have a couple of thoughts on this.

even after entering an IVA i didnt fully undertand an IVA till I found this site, and even then that it was 3 months later after reading all the posts.

I have always appreciated Andy's advice as he as lived through it and understands what we are going.

And Meliane well it goes without saying, she helps us out for nothing, spends many hours on here even in the early hours of the money and most of our own IPS would not help us out this much and they are getting paid. I have to admit when i first started to reading Melaines posts i though she was very hard, but the more i read i undertood were she comes from, she comes from the idea that your in an IVA to pay back as much as you can to creditors which is what an IVA is about, but she is very fair and understands the real side for the people in an IVA, and offers brilliant advice and plays fair, i have to say if i could go back i would of had melaine as my IP, it would be a privilage to have meliane as an IP.
