Hiya, im in an IVA with Synergi Partners and have been for 2 and a half years. Anyway, i got married on Saturday and have been trying to contact them to tell them of a change of name. However the number was engaged for 3 days and is now a not recognised number. I have emailed but it bounced back as unknown and the fax number is also unavailable. I dont know what to do...do i stop paying them in the hope they contact me? Who do i turn to now? [V]

Hi cheri and welcome to the forum

I think that they are having problems with their telephone system at the moment, and there is a new number which was posted on the forum over the last couple of days. Perhaps one of the Administrators can locate this and post this for you.

Don't worry - I am sure this will get resolved soon, and there have already been a few complaints about this so I am sure they are anxious to resolve matters as soon as they can.

I am really worried as for over a week I cannot get an answer on Synergi's old line as it says it has changed. The new 0800 number does not get answered and al e-mails bounce back as errors. I have today tried to ring the Relax group but the line does not take calls at this time!! And when you e-mail them at the info address at Relax it also bounces back as an error. Does anyone have any idea what has gone on? People say they have just changed their phone number but surely there has to be more to this as it is worrying me? If phone numbers and e-mail addresses have changed you would have thought they would have them diverted or write to customers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Admin - do we have any way of forwarding a number of posters concerns about not being able to contact Syngergi. There have been at least four posts saying the same thing over the last couple of weeks, and if contact details have changed in a firm they should let their clients know out of courtesy.

Could you perhaps publish new contact details on this site if there are any?

I've emailed Admin to ask.

Posters could also try emailing the IP direct via this link:

Been a while since ive been on here, unfortunately due to IT errors we have had to change the phone numbers to the group, these have been published on our websites now, and mail shots have been sent to all clients.
