I bough out of my IVA IN November 2007 Paid over £46.000 back out of £56.000 My iva has now been completed for 5 years and I have held a certificate of completion for this time. Can I now claim back PPI with no record of iva ever beebnb taken out?

I'm not sure if the IVA will be on record somewhere but your IVA was completed prior to all of this PPI claiming so I'm guessing it would be ok. However, don't take my word for it, hang around for someone else who may know a definitive answer. Can't see why not though but stand to be corrected.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If you do decide to go ahead and claim back mis sold PPI then do not use a company to do the small amount of leg work for you. If your previous creditors make a decision to keep any claim to set off against your original debt you will still owe the 30% or whatever to the PPI claims company, getting back into debt is not what you would wish I am sure.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
