It is not a blame game and hindsight is a wonderful thing. Very few people 'play the system' as they did not know about before the debts were incurred.

Good luck wth your IVA and good to see you have taken a decision to deal with everything once and for all.

It is not unusual to find that when you do actually list out all of the debts that they add up to a little more than you had anticipated. The success of an IVA rarely hinges on the level of debts, moreseo on the affordability of the payments and the commitment of the person to the process.
