Took long enough but I finally got a phone call at about 7:15pm last night. They did apologise but by then I didn't care because IVA was approved 98% of creditors voted yes and no moderations at all!!!! I'm so so happy, feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I can start living life again. Thanks to everyone on here for their support, can't wait to make my first payment now!!! They said I should have to make the first payment in the next 30days, how soon have others made their first payments???
Hey Romaine, that's brilliant news, congratulations. They made you wait didn't they? Lots of people pay their first months payment before their creditors meeting and some soon after so that sounds about right. Good luck and keep posting for support. X

we had already paid our first month ahead of meeting...so next one was due 30 days after that....got off to a flying start

We paid a month in advance, which was nabbed by the creditors (was supposed to be payment for the IP) Our first payment is due on the 25th of this month, we were approved on the 26th August.
It is a weight lifted off your shoulders,did they include 50% as they didnt with us untill it was to late for us to do anything as at that point your just so glad for creditors to stop phoning you. I agree the mods are confusing i o think ivas should be more regulated
