well iv wrote a letter explainin my situation to my creditors been tryin to get hold of c a b for 4 days now but no luck cant go thru iva route or dmp route bankruptcy is out of the question to embarrassing and wont ave any where to live my house is worth 65000 and i got mortgage for 58500 and dont want to lose my house had a call this morn from skycard who i owe 750 to they told me to get in touch with c a b easier said than done waitin for natwest to get in touch i owe them 24000 dont think ill ave any luck with them but.....

The CAB are marvellous but in fairness seem to be seriously overstretched and that can lead to delays in getting to see them.
You could approach the Consumer Credit Counselling Service who will look at a DMP for you. They will not charge you directly for it, they are creditor funded.
Their number is 0800 138 1111.

they have advised me to bankrupt or get in touch with the c a b

Sorry to hear that.

For the moment I would pay your unsecured creditors token payments, whatever you feel you can afford, until you can get your appointment.
