Hello all, the letter went in with the full and final offer to dfd. Just one niggle is we can't seem to get past the switchboard to find out how long it takes to draw up the variation etc and then meet with creditors to discuss. Really need some time span as we have the university forms to fill in soon etc. Thanks for any help. Just can't get anything more than a vague answer off dfd customer care.

Did you manage to even to speak to anyone from DFD today?
I've been trying all day, press 5 for general enquiry, on hold for about 7 mins then the on-hold woman says no-one is available please e-mail your request.
I e-mail this morning but no response either.

Hi, got through to customer care after about 5 minutes on hold. This was last week. Not tried today as we have been feeling a bit fed up with the system. It is always a wait though...

when we submitted ours to DFD it took approx 6 weeks from start to finish - similar to the original process in preparing for the IVA to be approved.
If you continue to struggle to get through, Declan who posts on here may be able to offer some update, but he is on leave this week and won't respond until next week.

Ok thanks. Will see if I can push the question through at dfd. Takes ages getting through then you can't get a concrete answer on where the case is up to.
