Michael - well done, but I'm just slightly concerned that you say you didn't really hear what your IP was saying about modifications. This is danger area, and I suggest that you give them a call tomorrow and have them clearly explained to you, just so there are no nasty suprises which may crop up in the future.

Hi Melanie you are right of cause have been trying to contact him, have been told details are in the post and will have to read and sign to accept fingers crossed now, also can i aske you all this.
I was given 2 grand 3 years ago buy my new employers in a buy out of the company i work for and the 3 years are up today,i have to take the money at the end of the month, as i forgot all about this and i never told my IP about it, what do i do now can anyone advise

Hi Michael

I don't understand the £2,000 issue. Is this money that your employers are due to pay you, or the other way round? If it is money that is due to you, this will represent a windfall and you will have to hand that over the the newly appointed Supervisor under the provisions of your IVA.

yes my company has had this money in a savings account for three years under one of their saving schemes which has now ended
