Hello can an old debt from British gas for gas and electric from 5 months ago be added to my IVA. i haven't mentioned it to my debt company as wasn't sure i could add it, it is only for 230 pds, also my creditors meeting has been scheduled for 12 March.
I'm sure there will be no problem with you adding it - speak to your IP about this on Monday.

I added a British Gas bill to my IVA after it had started. I didn't know of the arrears at the time of taking the IVA out as we were sent a statement saying we owed nothing - turned out that was wrong and we did owe them something - as we were in an IVA at the point of finding out I simply rang our IP and they got it all added in very quickly.
