Hello, I wonder if someone can give me some advice. I have been in my IVA for 3 years and included all my oustanding debts in it. I have recently been contacted my a mobile phone company who I used to deal with pre-IVA who tell me that I owe them £168 for a contract that I concluded & cancelled before the IVA started. As far as I was aware, I did not owe this company any money. I made the final payments as requested and heard nothing else until now - 3 years later. The company claim that they have not been in touch as they could not locate me, although I haven't changed address or phone number in this time. Do I have to pay these people? They have now sold the debt on to a collection agency.

Hi
Speak with your IVA and have it included within your IVA. This should not be a problem.
