Good afternoon Laura

Is there any chance on an update please?

I've been sat waiting patiently waiting for some news, checking my emails as much as work allows. Even looking on the mat as I've come home from work each day, hoping there's some post from yourselves at DFD.

I'm sure in our telephone conversation you said this would be all sorted by the end of this month, which is actually today???

I'm feeling very disappointed at the moment that I've heard nothing at all and its most upsetting in my personal circumstances.

I will drop you an email too, hopefully one of my requests for help will reach you.

Thank you for your time.

This is really awful - you need this sorting asap.

Laura last visited on the 24th March, so might be on Easter Leave.

Bumping this back up in the hope that Laura picks up on it - lilaclady has asked me to say that she is having problems getting through as she is at work and will be in touch later.

Hi Laura

My friend has informed me that she posted her letter to DFD yesterday (addressed to Imogen) regarding her lending me the money for full and final settlement of my iva.

Hopefully you have received this today and hopefully we can move forward and resolve any further issues as you say at your earliest convenience.

Kind regards.

This is now getting beyond ridiculous for you. I really do hope DFD pull things out the bag and move this onwards - you have suffered enough already but this is taking it to another level.

I know luluj

I must admit i'm struggling at the moment and my heads all of a buzz. I keep checking my phone/emails again when I can. Depending on how busy my working day is or if I can get any signal!

I'm so grateful for the support and advice from here. And for the friends I've made along the way.

I'm sure my dear hubby would be grateful too. Even though I've always been the main poster he was often on this site reading some of the posts.
I even promoted the site in my counciling sessions and I told my counselor if she had anybody come with money issues to research and check this site out.
I wish we had been aware of the site before we entered our iva.
