Thank you for your reply, I will sort this out later on my return from work. I can't have anymore time off......
Gosh knows how I'm going to get through today, I've hardly slept and my heads buzzing.
I can't go back to where I was with this stress, I've emailed Laura/DFD too with the details from the letter, hopefully she can help.
Update you all later X

I know they issued you a cc but what was issued/how did they close down your late husbands iva?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
This sounds like an error by the bank. They may have read the final report as a termination and are now trying to recover the funds. I am sure DFD can sort this out for you.
Phone call to DFD who gave me advice on what to do regarding capital one. Unfortunately because the iva has now closed (it's not really unfortunately but I hope you understand what I mean) DFD can't really help just advise but the information and support I received was very helpful.
Anyway phone out to capital one, the first guy I spoke to said the account had been closed. When I explained my letter he passed me into another gentleman who wanted me to fill out a assets liability statement. I then stepped In to inform him about the completion of my/our iva, in the month of June 2016 to which he appeared no knowledge of this. I was put on hold while he discussed this further and on his return I was asked to email a photocopy of the county copy and certificate.
I have just done this so hopefully this will be the end of the matter.
Thank you to the young lady at DFD, I'm sure I've spoken to her previously. I will keep you all informed.

That's good news - glad you're getting it sorted out but rest assured there is nothing they can do anyway as it was included in the IVA.
