Well I've wrote to 3 different places and emailed the ceo re EE

I will sit and wait patiently for both to be sorted now x

Update on EE

Email from exec sec

Can I email her the relevant documents (the ones I emailed last Saturday)

Sorry don't have the facilities here or internet. Picture on my ipad, son used his Internet to tether to my ipad, so we could send info and I live alone.

Can you ask your son to use his Internet again to send it to us?
My son is at work till 18.00hrs today and noone works the weekend.

So I asked her to cancel the account and I will look for another provider.

What a nightmare!

Work have put me unfit for work due to anxiety and stress this dosn't help!

I think what is so terribly sad about all this is you are grieving for the loss of your husband, that is enough to deal with, all this additional pressure is so unecessary if only company's could get their act together and show some compassion. If you were able to get that info to the execs secretary it would be sorted out immediately as it is she probably doesn't know where your original email is. Unfortunately the days are gone when you could receive good customer service.

Morning all x

Update from EE, today, they have now closed the account after I took a picture of my late husbands death certificate with my phone and attached it to what small Internet I have on here (mobile phone)

But that's one stress less, thank you for your help.

P.s. Kallis3/Barbara and those who offered me advice.

I received a letter from EE addressed to my late husband on Saturday. Asking him why he was leaving and could he send the ee equipment back or they would charge him £175.00.
I don't know how many times I need to tell them or prove to them he has passed away. Anyway I have taken it to the post office today so let's hope that's the end of it!
