Today my deceased husband received a letter from EE informing him that he has a cancellation fee to pay of £78.01 However if HE contacts them to discuss alternative broadband plans then the charge is avoidable.
I've yet again emailed the CEO at EE enclosing a copy of the letter and I've asked her to sort it please. I've also asked her that if she does manage to speak to my late husband can she tell me how because I would dearly like to speak to him. I feel this needs to be taken further now but where do I go...is this the ombudsman now?
Laura I had a lady email me Tuesday evening and I've replied with a suggestion of asking a family member or a friend if I can borrow the amount they want me to pay for the next 12 months in order for me to move on with my life and putting closure to the iva.

It's not surprising - you are being ignored in the worst possible way by people and companies because of their own inadequacies.
Surely someone from DFD could pick up the phone and ring you?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
