So very disgusting the way you are being treated, DFD need to get their act together after all yours are exceptional circumstances and should be treated as such, as for ee I'm so glad I'm not with them definitely complain I'm sure there must be an ombudsman, I'll have a look and let you know. Kallis3 you are wonderful!

I've just received a letter from dfd asking me to put my offer in writing so it can be put to the creditors. Fingers crossed x

Re EE I think I've been treated appalling. I would appreciate any help towards ombudsman because at the moment it's just my phone data I'm using.

Re Kallis3 she's been wonderful x

Fingers crossed for DFD - no idea about complaining about EE but hopefully somebody will know.

Thank you for those kind words lilaclady2k - it has been my pleasure to try and help you - even though I wish the circumstances of our contact had been different.

Lilaclady if you have Internet access go to resolver.co.uk totally free and will take you through every step of making a complaint about EE.

You could also contact the press - Tony Hetherington who writes for the Mail on Sunday financial pages, he loves things like this.

Letter of offer to DFD ...done

Email to CEO....done

Hard copy to Olaf Swantee Chief executive of EE...requesting a letter of deadlock to take to the ombudsman for this disgraceful and disrespectful treatment my late husband and I have received.

Yesterday I was upset, today I'm angry!

But thank you for the help and support.

I'm running on limited Internet at the moment Barbara but hopefully that will be sorted this Tuesday so I can check that site out you suggested.

Hi

I don't want to confuse things further but if your disposable income has changed and you are no longer able to meet your IVA contributions then it could be worth considering asking your IP to put forward a variation to accept your payments to date in F&F and close the IVA down rather than getting a friend to gift you a settlement.

In the circumstances I would like to think creditors would be sympathetic to this.

They have done an expenditure on me and dfd have made a suggestion to which I quiryed and they reduced. So I need to be thankful for small mercies.

To be honest it's all very upsetting and I just need to close the door and be able to hold my head up high again x

By borrowing from my friend it enables me to close another door and allow me to be able to move on with my life x

Message for Laura (DFD) please

I received an email on the 25th February 15.23 from Samantha at DFD.

As I previously explained my friend has offered to loan me the money to offer a full and final settlement to DFD to allow me to move forward from the death of my husband. To which I have discussed through several emails with Samantha as well as a slight reduction due to a very recent settled claimed ppi settlement from EIF.

Would you mind finding out for me please what's happening? My friend keeps asking me if I've heard anything and I don't want her to get fed up and change her mind in loaning me the money.

I've managed to sort through most of my paperwork regarding changing names with gas and electric etc. EE are now sorted and apologised for the treatment they gave me during this sad time. I just need final closure here now please?
