Hello my IVA has just been accepted without modifications and the main creditor will be chasing my ex for the balance. at the moment he doesn't pay me maintenance but is now saying he is thinking of setting g up a direct debit to help pay maintenance when he can, so its not all the time. do creditors and IVA companies communicate if the loan people think he's paying me something but the IVA don't think he does .... its more of a gift ad its not going to be regular but dobt want to get into trouble. or should i get the money to be paid into my sons account whose 13 to help him out.
You should keep your IP informed of any changes in your circumstances.
As BOL says, you don't want to run the risk of being found out if you have hidden anything.

Well done on the acceptance. If he pays you fairly regularly, you do need to keep your IP in the loop. However, he is free to pay into, say, your son's account ( this will be your son's money and of no interest to your IP), or, alternatively, buy clothes, shoes, etc, as required.
