I've kept hold of them and I will give my IVA company a call to ask for advice and see if there's anything they can do. I actually called them today to pay them half of my bonus but totally forgot to mention it! I'm useless on the phone!

I owed about £2k to Shop Direct and didn't receive any calls at all but they kept sending default letters until our IVA was accepted. I still get statements asking for payments but charges are not being added. However, Santander are still adding unauthorised overdraft charges to one of our accounts - this happens each month - but I just send the statements to our IP and they have said just to ignore the charges as things will sort themselves out over the term of the IVA.
