hi suzanne and welcome from me too! i am also with melanie's team & they really are brilliant.there are no upfront fees,just your first payment into the iva which you send off with your signed proposal (as mentioned earlier this is refunded if your proposal is not accepted).whilst my case was being put together i had a full wage to myself (as i immediately stopped paying my creditor's) which was not only a welcome relief but ideal for me to save some money for any emergencies.hope you get sorted soon.x [:D]
