Thanks Kelly and Liz.

Will the meeting on Wednesday be purely to discuss what I spend my money on from day to day then or discuss the bank statements I have sent in?

Welcome Russ. Have you got mixed up. Is it a Full and Final settlement meeting or, as I suspect, a determination of your Income or Expenditure?

Dont worry Russ. I'm assuming you about to embark on a new IVA. In which case, it will be your initial Income and Expenditure strategy. You are correct in that it will be your monthly expenditures/bank statements etc.
However Russ, please include everything, no matter how frivolous you think it is. You do not want to make yourself short/er from the outset. As Lesley suggests, try and relax and not to worry and have all your paperwork ready for Wednesday. You will be fine.

For future reference, your Full and Final Settlement (F&F) will be something determined further down the IVA line, if and when you are able to offer one. The object of which would be to conclude your IVA. It could be following a 'windfall' (lottery win, bequest or something of that ilk)

Thanks for that 'Artist'...

It is a new IVA but have been offered a lump sum from my partner to clear my debts so it is a one time offer which hopefully the creditors will agree on.

Does that make any sense?

Yep your right there lets hope she doesn't change her mind before the creditor meeting Lol

So from what I said at the beginning of the post is it just a review then of my spending and expenditure? etc

Oh... and apologies for not being clear at the start! :)
