hi
does anyone know if one of my creditors is dfs will that be included in an iva or debt management plan

There should be no reason not to include them - was the furniture purchased on HP perhaps?

yes it was a 3 year year credit agreement

Include it as I think that you will find that it is not a hire purchase agreement.
