<center>Hi can anyone help me again???. I have been in an IVA since last Nov and everthing has been going ok till now!!.. I have now recived a letter from a company I forgot to include in my IVA. The oustanding balance with this company is less than £140 can this be added to my IVA??. Or does this meen my IVA will fail.. I have tried to contact my IP regarding this but no one has got back to me as yet..

Hi Hells, as far as I am aware most IVA have a clause that any debts missed from the original proposal can be added to the IVA at a later date, providing they are not more than a certain percentage (sorry, can't remember what it is) of the total debt. You will need to check the terms of your IVA, but with the new debt being less than £140 you should be fine.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Firstly stop worrying now !!!
Your IVA will not fail,it is quite common for an odd debt or two to be missed out of an IVA.
Simply contact your IP and they will contact the creditor and invite them to become part of your IVA.
You can inform the creditor also
Your proposal will have had a provision for this.

The other experts are correct, this will simply be added into the IVA.
