Help. I went bankrupt last week with gambling debts of £8000.00 have just gone through last years bank statements and my gambling debt is nearley £17000.00. I have only had probs since Feb so only looked back that far when I filed in my statement of affairs. What will happen will they take me to court for perjury HELP!!!!!!

Get back in touch and let them know that you underestimated the size of debts.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

PD is right - speak the OR and explain as you've done here. They understand that people aare under pressure when they go BR and make mistakes.

They are unlikely to do that - just explain what has happened and all will be well.

Had my O R interview today. It wasnt to bad he let me keep my car and asked for a letter from my doctor to explain my gambling debts. Thanks for all your help xxx
