Help - Barclays Bullying Us

Still having Barclays phoning me, have now sent them a letter of complaint. Seriously the people that work here must be stupid!

I don't expect one, but if they carry on phoning I will complain to the OFT.

Hi folks, my IVA was excepted in August and Barclays / Mercers are still ringing me and writing to my husband, they are a nightmare and when they ring they ask for me by my first name as if they are friends. I have now rang Payplan and asked them to deal with them as its stressful enough with other things that are happening! Locko

i aggree barclays are a nightmare i went br in april and they ring me several times a week even though i have told them every time we are br i have even had letters from evershed on their behalf stating that they are dealing with it for them and in contact with the or and they still ring me about account arrears , there is just no tellin them evern the or has contacted them twice but it never stops.

The last contact I had from Mercers was on the day my IVA was approved and I told them this. I've never heard from them again.
