I'm sure Melanie will come up trumps [;)]...I just found chosing the best deal was pressure as we needed to get it right, the broker took this pressure away.

Well if I need to fund it out of my surplus then I do need to to get the best deal...it is hard to find the right company on the internet...so many people wanting to take advantage...the only reputable one I have heard of so far is Duncton....but if I can find a better deal and more choice...then great!
