Is PAUL on here? The old lady Paul - PP got someone from Benefits Office to call on her today ; AA application now made - GP supported it. Housing Benefit and Community Charge Relief applications made; she has been put onto Keep Warm system - she pays a set amount and can keep the heat on 24 hours a day if she wants. The bookmaker wrote off the £700 and apologised to the PP for allowing to happen. Warden suspended pending investigation. Nuns still taking up lunch and tea until something mor permanent can be sorted. PP did a good job did he not?

Great work,I am not religious in any way but someone has to stand up and make people take notice when things go wrong.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Our PP helps anyone who wants him and I mean anyone. Noone is turned away - even prisoners in the jail a few miles away send for him and he goes

This is absolutely fantastic you have done this old lady really proud in fact you may have actually saved her life. The outcome is exactly what I expected I could see that things were not right and hopefully with the right support she may now live a far better life. You should be really proud of what you have done and you should share this with J so she can be proud of you and hopefully this will help to ease J's worries. Please can you tell her that I think she has a wonderful husband and just the fact that she has you is the only thing she needs to worry about nothing else matters at all. I am sure everyone on this forum is proud of what you have done as I know I am. Keep up your good work you are a tremendous person. Also pass on my thanks to the PP.

NOT me Paul - all I did was pick the brains of people on here and passed it all on. I told you, I cant look after myself let alone other people. David M and Melanie reprimand me time and time again (nicely) but there you go.

Nearly everything you know comes from other people, The point is you passed on what you have learnt and helped somebody immensely. Be proud of what you have done and tell J you are proud.

I'd be happy to come along and talk to people in your area David, if you feel there is a need to explain the range of debt solutions available for people in need.
