Any way need some advice please we are facing house repossession next week have the first court hearing and need to know what to do we don't know whether to allow house to go or file for BR or ask the judge for more time as we do have the house on the market and have the time to sell the property whihc would be better for us. We have had viewings but then had very silly offers.

We have already found a house to rent through an estate agent and not sure whether being BR would effect that.

Any ideas of what to do would be great as I feel like i am going insane.

It sounds as if you may as well go for br sooner rather than later if you have decided to follow that route. Let your house get repossessed and any shortfall should be covered in the br.

It might be worth asking the judge for an extension of time, on the basis that you have the property on the market and are actively seeking buyers, but if you have found a good property to rent I would not lose the opportunity of that to be frank.
