I agree Julie.

If it has been approved and you are happy to go on, then I would. If you have to start again now it will be a few weeks down the line, and you have at least had an apology from them.

You should ring them though just to confirm.

Are you happy to have this IVA accepted (because that is what it sounds like) and continue dealing with this company?

If so, then your journey to debt freedom will have begun.

You do need to check just to make sure.

Dee, that's brilliant. Double check with them that your IVA has been accepted by creditors of course. They will treat you better now I'm sure. Congratulations. X

You just need to confirm that your IVA has been approved and ask when your chairmans report will be coming out.

Do you know if there were any modifications? You need to ask that as well, and make sure you are happy with them if there are.

You really do need to find out what the modifications are - don't agree to anything until you have these, and have had time to think about them. You are entitled to ask for an adjournment to give you time to do this.

Dee - like the others said, you just need proof of her as to whats actually been accepted. Then you can make sure you're happy with it.

Did she phone you to say they needed any extra money every month?

Hi Dee
As others have said just make sure that the IVA has actually been accepted, you should receive a chairmans report shortly.
