Dee, have you thought about changing your phone number, we changed our landline, and mobiles and told family and friends we changed mobile contracts, hence the numbers hanging and annoying cold calling at home ( which pretty much sums those rotten calls up)! Good luck
14 down 46 to go!

Before the creditors meeting on 29 August, please make sure that you are doing the right thing, and that you fully undertand all implications of the IVA. I would be concerned if creditors have been left out, and have you actually spoken to the person who is being nominated to act as your insolvency practitioner?
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Just wanted to wish you good luck Dee ... as Melanie says you do need to be quite sure exactly what you are doing and that everybody you own money to is included in your IVA proposal.

Hey Dee, you shouldn't have to put up with that and if you're having doubts about this company now then maybe you should pull out or at least demand to speak to your actual IP who is dealing with your case and complain. I'm sure Melanie can advise you on this. Hang in there. X

Dee, go to this web site and type in your IP's name, then email him/her directly with your concerns, this is unacceptable! Melanie will be along soon to help you I'm sure. X

Dee -just caught up with this post- take Viki's advice and email your IP direct. Ask for an update on your case. Also ask why are you paying money upfront and will this be reimbursed if the IVA did not get approved. Also ask for clarification that all creditors have been included. Finally, complain about the service you have received so far and let them know that you will not tolerate this attitude. I'm sure the IP would be appalled at the behaviour of his/her staff.

Please let us know how you get on [;)]

Hello there I believe you are the person that’s dealing with my IVA.I just wanted to express my concerns about this.I have been dealing with a lady in the credit control department called Claire? She is extremely rude to me and yes I admit I have mssed a couple of payment due to reasons that were beyond my control.I paid somwe money into my friend RBS account but we paid it into Natwest as they are part of the same bank.unfortunatly we didn’t realise that it would take 3 days for this payment to clear I called Claire and advised her and she was rude and hung up on me she is a awful woman to talk to and im afraid I am serioulsy thinking about going with another company ive had some advice about this and im told I shouldn’t be spoken to in such a way .Im also concecerned that not all of my creditors are included on this and why am I paying this money upfront will theis money be reimbursed if the IVA fails for any reason?

will this be ok?just sent it x thanks so much for everybodys help i just need to know where i stand really and i will go to another company just need to know which is the best to do x

That's a great email, Hmm, maybe they haven't got his correct email address. You could try phoning and asking for it. What a nightmare this is for you. I don't know what else to suggest. Please hang in there for Melanie or Andy, they will know what to do. X
