Can you google the company and get contact details? If you want to post your IP's company and name, Maybe one of us could help you.

One thing for sure Dee you have to get this sorted before you sign into an IVA. 5 Years is a long time and you don't want to be with a company you can't have a good relationship with. x

If you are not sure about this company and don't think all your debts have been included, pull out now!

You can then phone another company and set things up again.

You don't need all this extra hassle.

it philip nuttall and the company is varden nuttall i think my IP is called Michael Howarth but that email didnt send to him so i sent it to the other one no response as yet though x i do want to go ahead with an IVA but these lot are absolute jokers x

well when i rang her yesterday and told her about the money her response was so we are waiting again Dee?i was just explaining what had happened all i got was i will speak to you in 3 days then click phone went dead next i speak to her i am gonna tell her exactly what i think she is vile horrible my partner wants to call her and tell her its not acceptable i dont let him talk to me like that so why do i let her????she really talks to me like im 6.she deems very threatening like saying if you go with ano0ther company they prob wont accept you its worries me as how esle will i sort my debts out x

That's horrible, I'm sure you can pull out and maybe go with Melanie, I am with her and her team and they are great, I can't understand how she can speak to you like this. What is the money that she is asking for, is it the first month's payment? X

i paid the 1st payment to the sister company which is debt release direct that was july i think and havent paid since then as ive had 2 big bills plus my wages did not go through when they were meant to i ahve explained this to her i know i should of apid but those bills were the 1st since i moved inot new house and last thin i want is to be in trouble with my bills x

No way should anyone be treated like this, you are vulnerable enough at the moment, without someone treating you like dirt.

I would certainly pull out and phone Melanie.

thanks skippy i agree i felt so good when i was setting it up they were all so nice to me but she is disgusting i dotn know the woman but already i hate her thats awfull isnt it i shouldnt be made to feel like this its not fair its stressing me out x
