Hi
You will simply be back to square one with a payment to make each month for your CCJ.
Your creditors meeting is set,you have done all that you can,leave it to your IP to get your IVA accepted......I think that you will be successful as 32p dividend against zero in bankruptcy is a very good offer

Hi i had 2 ccjs prior to having my iva agreed . They were both included in my iva , my iva was approved Jan 2008. If my iva had not been accepted i would have just carried on with the repayments for the ccj. One of my ccjs was for £600 and i was only paying £10 per mth . The courts are there to help you and look at your circumstances before making a decision on how much you have to pay. Good Luck
