Just after my last reply, i did a search and came across, the email addresses, of messrs Kaye and Morgan , whose names are on every letter, ( never signed) and rarely Pp'd.
So they've had a detailed email complaining about it all. inc Blairs whole IVA performance , or lack of !
It certaining wasn't worth the £3700 odd quid taken for around 17 months of IVA.
Works out about £200 a letter.. nice work if etc !!

we will see what happens!?.

tale care all.

C.

PS.. oops forgot to mention my daughters been cut off by orange and they have ignored the OR's letter about the BR and sent some harrassy letters. We set the OR on them and have had an apology . we'll see if it happens again ?
Doesn't matter really as I've unlocked her phone and we're on payg 02 now .

It is a shame that you have not had a response to this post - Blair Endersby have logged on to the forum today, but perhaps have not spotted this post - maybe it should be retitled "Help required from Blair Endersby" - Jan can you do this for Ceedy?
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

It won't let me do it, but I will start another thread and put the link to this post in.

I hope you can get this sorted out Ceedy - it's ridiculous that they are sending letters, automated or not, if they have agreed the IVA has failed.

Disgusting service Ceedy. I'll bump the other post up in the vain hope that BE might see it.

Hi,
Are we talking a PM on this forum, or a written letter ? or an An email to the email address registered on this forum here or an email to the email registered with Blair E. the 2 emails are different ?.

I don't use a private email on forums/web etc to cut out the spam.

Any how , I've not received any of the 4 to date ..

regards

Chris

I suggest that you send an email to the address in BE's post with the email address you are currently using.

They should be able to get back in touch with you then.
