Sorry to hear about your grandson Ceedy, I hope they can do something about it.

Have you tried emailing your IP direct? You should be able to find him through this link:

Yup,
Thats the address I found originally and the one that was given to me by Blair, and referred to on the BE forum message above.
And its the one my last two emails went to.

The only email @ BE I really ever got any reilable replies from was a Persons name @ BE and that person seems to have left..

Maybe got the push for being too helpfull ?
(joke.(ish) )?.

take care

C.

Ceedy, I am so sorry that you don't seem to be able to get anything done.

I did email admin yesterday and ask them to raise this again with BE. I don't know whether they have contacted them or not.

Hopefully you will catch each other at some point!

Ceedy to clarify we have received all your recent emails and responded to them using the email addresses you have either used or quoted in the body of your email. We have sent emails asking you to clarify email addresses.

Hi Nick ??,

I only do the forums once a week hence the delayed replies.

Just been on the phone to BE , and it seems BE have an ancient email address on a virgin.net account on the system.

This has not been used since sept 2007. and since i've received a number of emails from BE to the current address,so not sure why this oldy has resurfaced , so this probably explains the broken comms.

I've updated the info on BE's System , so if you can please resend it all again I may well receive it this time.

regards
C

Hi,
back again... to report ... nothing..
No comms.
As it was very easy for BE to send many unnesscessary letters for the months after the IVA ended, would it not be unreasonable to think that one letter could resolve this communication problem ?.
C.

PS.. 5 months approx since the BR, regular communication with the OR, keeping them updated on all comings and goings moneywise.
But had no payment plan of any sort, only the Income tax being grabbed so far ??.
is this usual.?.

I presume that your daughter doesn't have enough disposable income to warrant a payment order Ceedy.

Hopefully BE will pick up on this again today and try and get in touch with you.

Hi Ceedy, if your daughter has less than £100 surplus income per month she won't have to make any payments other than the tax ones.
